Prepare the evidence before Day One.

Once scope and confidentiality terms are agreed, we review the available business case, contracts, delivery reports and architecture using the agreed document environment. We schedule interviews with the sponsor and business, finance and delivery owners before the Sprint begins. This preparation is included in the Sprint fee.

We diagnose why one program is underperforming across its economics, governance and delivery. The Sprint identifies immediate priorities, estimates exposure and recommends whether to recover, redirect or stop. The findings establish what further investigation or recovery work is warranted.

Scope and readinessThe Sprint diagnoses one program. Its five-day schedule begins when the agreed materials and 5–8 interview sessions are available. Code-level forensics, specialist testing and detailed implementation planning require separate scope.
